Our products are a result of in-depth technical know-how of gas-solid separation, clubbed with a vast industry experience of handling ever increasing production capacity and stringent statutory emission norms that are prevalent and upgraded from time to time.

BACKGROUND

In 2011, we built a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Hyderabad, India, that spread over an area of 24,281m2. We are constantly fulfilling the ever rising industry demands of both quality and scale through our association with approved vendors that are compliant to the manufacturing protocols as EHS, safety and PPE measures as per the workmanship ideals & client standards.

MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES

MACHINERY

  • CUTTING & FABRICATION MACHINERY:
    This is the first stage of manufacturing process once the design is finalized and approved. Various kinds of equipment such as CNC plasma, gas cutting, plate bending, radial drilling, hydraulic press, tilting machine etc. are used here. Further down the process, welding, electric grinding, de-burring machines etc. bring shape to the final product
  • TESTING:
    Inspection in order to ensure adherence to engineering drawings is achieved through rigorous destructive tests such as mechanical & chemical tests, and non-destructive tests such as ultrasonic and radiography test. Tools used are largely ultrasonic thickness gauge, micro-meters, feeler gauge-sets, clamp-meters etc.
  • PAINTING & CLEANING:
    Surface preparation for painting systems is basic in order to curtail land contamination. We deliver quality finishes as per the requirement of the client. Post surface finishing, we follow the checking and acceptance criteria to determinepaint re-alignments if any
  • QUALITY CONTROL:
    Extensive Quality checks to ensure compliance to ISO Standards and Emission Norms for the designed product are done at multiple check-points during the manufacturing process and not just limited to the final stage. We have an R&D Cell at our manufacturing facility to keeping abreast with advanced international air pollution control technologies, while continually upgrading existing products to meet new emission mandates & increased production demands.

This is driven though our R&D Cell at the manufacturing facility, backed by our Technology Centre at the head office that has a team comprising of experts from departments such as designs, applications, site services and pre-sales. With this approach, we fine-tune existing products for improved efficiency and value.

We are pioneers of Long-Bag Pulse-Jet Technology (termed optiwave) that is acquired from Italy. With in-depth R&D at our manufacturing facility to cater to the Indian market, this technology has been successfully operational at more than 25 plants in steel & cement industry for more than 7 years.
