Introduction:

We designed, manufactured and installed the Backward Curved (BC) Industrial fan for a leading cement manufacturer in Telangana in the FY 2020-21.The application for which we catered was for a complete Pulse Jet Bag Filter arrangement to handle the massive dust emissions and following the stringent norms related to the emissions of the particular matter.

Test Conducted:

The Performance Test was conducted and the results are mentioned below:-

Clair took up the challenge and following was implemented:

  • Double Width Double Inlet (DWDI)
  • Simply Supported
  • Cone shape blade strengthening ring Provided
  • Critical Fan Engineering drawings developed in 3D (Auto desk Inventor)
  • Water cooled Bearing Housing Provided
  • Fan Volume 7.92 Lakh CMH
