Taking our ID fans overseas

Introduction:

We designed, manufactured and installed the Backward Curved (BC) Industrial fan for a client in Bangladesh in December 2017.The application for which we catered was of steel fabrications.

Thus the dust collected through the induction furnace, there is a necessity for usage of fans to minimize the high operating temperatureand the ID Fan installed helped to curb the emissions from it.

CLAIR has executed a couple of projects in Bangladesh and the enquiry we received by this client stated a requirement of both an APC Main Fan and a RA Fan.

Test Conducted:

The Performance Test was conducted and the results are mentioned below:-

Clair took up the challenge and following was implemented:

  1. Double Width Double Inlet (DWDI)
  2. Simply Supported
  3. Erosion Protection : Chromium Carbide Liner on Impeller
  4. Bolted type liner for Scroll & Fan Casing
  5. Impeller Cleaning Nozzle by Air
