Wagon tippler De-dusting Case

Introduction:

We provided bag filters for wagon tippler venting application in February 2017 for 2 plants of a renowned Cement company vis-à-vis Krishnapatanam, Andhra Pradesh & Patas, Maharashtra.

For effective containment of dust, it is essential to identify dust-generating sources and then contain the dust spread from the source by providing an extraction system.  The effectiveness of dust extraction system basically depends upon proper design of hoods and ducting taking plant layout into consideration. So aspects like proper bag fixing arrangement, cages, leak-proof casing and roof play a vital role.
