With backward inclined, backward curved, backward inclined aerofoil, radial and forward curved impeller types, centrifugal fans offer the flexibility to match the performance and application at the highest efficiency. RETROFITS
We repair and rebuild all types, models and designs of air moving equipment, particularly if the fan is of an older design. We offer design changes to existing installations retrofitting a new design that may offer improved efficiencies in energy use and fan performance.
Upgrading fan equipment has proved to substantially lengthen the life of the unit, reduce energy cost, all at significant cost saving when compared to a total replacement cost. In all cases involving equipment or design modification we work within the parameters of the existing system considering weight, motor limitation and performance.

ID fans are widely used in the food industry to extract cooking odors from the process before passing them through filters and scrubbers.
In Power applications, ID fans are positioned downstream of the boiler to draw gases and fly ash out of the boilers & through a dust collection system. The airstream is then directed up a stack downstream of the fan. Fans that are used to evacuate a space or create negative air pressure in a system are referred to as Induced Draft fans.
Industrial centrifugal fans for Fertilizers have distinguished capabilities to handle various material types and ensure reliable ventilation. Mainly they are corrosive resistant because the process includes many chemical materials at different concentrations and mixtures. Most of the modern synthetic fertilizers contain Nitrogen, Phosphorous and Potassium as primary compounds with secondary nutrients such as Calcium, Magnesium and Sulphur added to supply essential nutrients required for plant growth.
These raw materials along with other products are chemically synthesized in manufacturing units to produce fertilizer compounds like Ammonia, Urea, Ammonium Phosphate, Ammonium Sulphate etc. The chemical processes also produce several by-products which in turn are used as the feedstock for other fertilizer plants. For instance the gaseous carbon dioxide (CO2) produced in the manufacture of ammonia is used in the making of urea. Hence the centrifugal fans and blowers used in the chemical & fertilizer plants are resilient in handling products in several physical states like fluids, dry granular and gaseous forms. Several process fans are employed in de-dusting and fumes extraction, granulating and blending, pressurization and circulation of air, pneumatic conveying of chemicals or additives etc.

We thus specialize in customized fans based on parameters like duty, design and construction type. Our industrial fans and blowers provide the necessary parameters needed for cooling, exhaust, material handling and drying, air conditioning, ventilation, chemical processing, combustion, agricultural purposes etc. We follow the industry standards and the relative IS and BS codes.

We provide various fan arrangements like direct driven, belt driven or coupling driven by motor. We also provide the provision of fixing the impeller either directly on the motor shaft or on the belt / coupling driven shaft. If not, they can also be fitted on the shaft either as overhung arrangement or as simply supported arrangement (impeller being rested between the bearings).
